FTC's Workarea Recovery Services assists any company resume productivity following a disaster. The Workarea Recovery Solution is comprised of up to two hundred fifty end user / mobile positions with desks, telephones and PC's. Coupled with state of the art communications infrastructure this new recovery capability can support any type of customer's critical business functions. Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Receivable or any form of customer contact center can have the same level of recovery support that FTC has been providing for the Item and Remittance processing function for over fifteen years.
