FTC's Work Area Recovery Services assists any company resume productivity following a disaster. Work Area Recovery Solution is comprised of up to 250 end user / mobile positions with desks, telephones and PC's. Coupled with state-of-the-art communications infrastructure this recovery capability can support any type of customer's critical business functions. Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Receivable or any form of customer contact center can have the same level of recovery support that FTC has been providing for the Item and Remittance processing function for over 15 years.
