Since 1993, FTC Continuity Services has delivered a full range of suite payment systems as a business continuity solution.  And, like our clients, we are no longer focused only on disaster recovery.  Today, the objective is on information capture strategies and availability - helping our customers manage the potential risks associated with recovering check, image, remittance / lockbox, work area, and mail processing.

Our Cherry Hill, NJ location is the largest disaster recovery hot-site dedicated to payment process operation.  It provides members with 24/7/365 access and state-of-the-art security.  Our 32,000 sq. foot facility is centrally located just 20 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and Philadelphia International Airport.  FTC supports every aspect of check and remittance processing.  The center is fully equipped with the latest technology and offers enough redundancy to accommodate many simultaneous disaster recovery operations.

About Us

United Recovery Services (URS) was established in 1993 and in September 2006 became a part of First Technology Capital, Inc. (FTC) of Versailles, Kentucky.  FTC sells and leases new and pre-owned banking and information systems to financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies.

Initially, FTC designed its recovery center to meet the check processing disaster recovery requirements for banks.  Over the past 15 years, FTC developed an expertise in creating, maintaining, and expanding the premier transaction processing disaster recovery center in North America.  FTC dramatically enhanced its recovery capabilities to include remittance processing, work area recovery, statement printing and mail processing - both inbound mail extraction and outbound mail insertion.  Today FTC members represent the diverse spectrum of transaction processing facilities ranging from utility and insurance companies to mail order, credit card and banks.  FTC's ongoing mission is to serve the transaction processing disaster recovery and business continuation needs of our members.
